DELVO®PRO BIF-6 - this concentrated probiotic bacterial cultures for direct insertion into the milk, they do not have acidifying strains and is not recommended for use as a self-fermentative culture. In addition to the use of dairy products, they can be widely used in baking, confectionery, sauces and juice industries.

The culture range aim at providing desired strain with sufficient cell count at the end of the shelf life of the dairy products. Dairy manufactures have the possibility to produce healthy variations with affordable cost in use. Several in vitro and in vivo efficacy studies have been carried out using DELVO® PRO strains.
