Food safety system

The JSC “Ardita ir Ko” storage facilities in Kirtimų str. 49, Vilnius, Lithuania is committed to storage and to supply food ingredients, microbiological cultures, food nutrition, food products that comply with EU, current international and national legislation and requirements for food safety and quality. 

The food business operator No. 1281 approved by Lithuanian State Food and Veterinary Service in 22-12-2007, http://www.vet.lt/mtsr/ .

The Food Safety System ensures FIFO, labeling, traceability, recall. 

Integrated Food Safety System based on HACCP principles, a risk analysis according to hazards implemented:

• Microbiological;
• Foreign materials;
• Chemical.

The Critical Control Points have been identified and integrated in the Food Safety System.

Food Safety System control:

• Internally according Food Safety System plan;
• Externally - regularly inspected by State Food and Veterinary Service of Lithuania and our customers for compliance to EU and national requirements.
