Delvo®Zyme - MURAMIDASE

 Muramidase (egg white lysozyme) protects against Clostridium tyrobutyricum, late cheese blowing, butter acid formation. Using of Delvo®zyme helps  standardize the quality of the final product, which helps to increase consumer loyalty. It is a natural protective substance, allowing to change using of chemical preservatives.
